If you have a Fannie Mae loan, you may be eligible for help under the DU Refi Plus Program. It offers a way for you to refinance your loan with out a lot of loan costs including, in some instances, and appraisal. Credit scores of less than 600 may still apply.

The "DU" in the title stands for Desktop Underwriting. It's a facility Fannie Mae has offered it's lenders to process loans in about fifteen minutes.

Check with your lender determine your eligibity. A lot of the sub-prime-type loans are excluded.

Here's a link to an article on the DU Refi Plus program. You can also check it out on Fannie Mae's website.
